In spring 2013, the NYIT baseball complex received a major facelift, which included artificial field turf for the infield and outfield (home plate and the pitcher's mound are natural clay), new dugouts, batting cages, bullpens, a new scoreboard, and a press box. Formerly President's Field, it was renamed Angelo Lorenzo Memorial Field on April 5, 2014, in memory of the late father-in-law of primary benefactor Anthony Bonomo Sr. NYIT baseball is the lone sport to participate at the NCAA Division I level, under the direction of Head Coach Bob Malvagna.
President's Stadium is home to NYIT men's and women's soccer and men's and women's lacrosse. All four sports compete at the NCAA Division II level as members of the East Coast Conference. Surrounding the stadium is a quarter-mile concrete track, which all sports use for conditioning and training.
Recreation Hall houses NYIT's men's and women's basketball programs as well as the volleyball program. All three teams are members of the East Coast Conference, which operates under NCAA Division II. In addition, the gym has open hours for the NYIT community and group programs. Schedules can be found here.
Located behind Angelo Lorenzo Memorial Field, the softball complex is an all-natural field that features all-turf bullpens, a scoreboard, and a press box.
The Old Westbury campus has six individual and regulation size courts for the NYIT men's and women's nationally ranked tennis programs. The upper courts feature four and the lower courts, which are alongside the outdoor basketball courts, feature two courts.
