Save the Date: Bears Athletic Fund First Pitch Dinner Scheduled for February 7

REGISTRATION

Old Westbury, N.Y. - The Bears Athletic Fund will be hosting its Inaugural First Pitch Dinner on Tuesday, February 7 at Chateau Briand in Carle Place, N.Y. The baseball and softball programs encourage all family, friends, and supporters to attend this first-ever event as both teams prepare for their 2017 campaigns.  

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities for your consideration in support of the Bears. Additionally, two key components of the event will be the silent auction and raffles. All donations, large or small, are greatly appreciated. Please note that the expiration date to donate items is February 2, 2017. In addition, all donors will be recognized for their contributions on the Athletics department website and in the luncheon program.

Program Schedule

Cocktails: 6 p.m.

Dinner: 7 p.m.

Individual Tickets: $125 | Young Alumni (graduated within 5 years): $75 

Tables of 10: $1,250

Location: Chateau Briand  (440 Old Country Road, Carle Place, N.Y.)

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Grand Slam Sponsor: $5,000 (tax deduction $4,550): This sponsorship includes two tables of 10, with your name included in all promotional material including the event invitation, NYIT Bears website, and displayed prominently at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the baseball and softball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available.

Home Run Sponsor: $2,500 (tax deduction $2,050): This sponsorship includes a table of 10, with your name included in all promotional material including the event invitation, NYIT website, and displayed prominently at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the baseball and softball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available. 

First Pitch Sponsor: $1,500 (tax deduction $1,050): This sponsorship includes a table of 10, with your name being displayed at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the baseball and softball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available.
